Delete Your Account & Data
If you'd like to permanently delete your TreasureHop account and associated data, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to admin@treasurehop.com.au
- Use the subject line: Delete My Account
- Send it from the same email address you used to sign up for TreasureHop, so we can verify it's you
- We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days
What gets deleted
Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete:
- Your profile information (name, email, saved suburb/location)
- Your account credentials
- Any listings you have created
- Photos you have uploaded
What may be retained
Some anonymised, non-identifying usage data may be retained for analytics purposes and cannot be tied back to you once your account is deleted. Any information we are legally required to retain (e.g. for fraud prevention or record-keeping obligations) will be kept only for as long as required by law.
